Is the marketplace really free?+
Yes. Browsing, RFQs and ordering materials are always free — you only pay for the goods you buy. The monthly fee is for the estimating tools that help you win the job.
What does “free during beta” mean?+
Right now every tool is free while we’re in beta. Founding members lock in the rates above when we go live — you’ll never pay more than the price you joined on.
Per company or per seat?+
Workspace Pro includes about 3 seats per company, billed as one flat price. Bigger team? BIM / Enterprise adds more seats, or we’ll tailor it.
What is a BIM takeoff?+
If a client hands you a 3D model (an IFC file), SupplyLoop reads the exact quantities straight from it — counts, areas and volumes — with no manual measuring. It’s the most accurate way to take off a job.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Monthly plans are month-to-month. Annual plans save you two months.
